1/4cuptoasted rolled oats or your favorite granola
3/4cupfresh blueberrieschopped
Instructions
Place frozen bananas, vanilla extract, almond milk, and ground cinnamon in a high-speed food processor and blend until smooth. You may have to scrape the sides of the food processor a couple times.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse for about 15 seconds.*
Pour the soft serve into a bread pan and freeze for at least four hours or over night.
Remove from freezer and enjoy. Alternatively you may skip the freezer part and eat right away.
Notes
*You don't want blueberries or oats pulverized. Just chopped up.
