Strawberry Dole Whip Recipe

This strawberry Dole whip is a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert that's perfect for hot summer days. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, it's dairy-free and can be customized with different add-ins and toppings.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen whole strawberries
  • cup full-fat canned coconut milk + more as needed*
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or more to taste

Optional Toppings

  • Sprinkles
  • Toasted coconut

Instructions

  • Place the frozen strawberries and coconut milk into a food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the Dole Whip isn’t blending, add 1-2 tablespoons more of coconut milk at a time until the Dole Whip blends.*

  • Add the agave to the food processor and blend again until combined and smooth. Give it a taste and add more agave, as desired.

  • When all of the ingredients are smooth and creamy, spoon the Dole whip into a piping bag or large gallon-sized bag.

  • Seal the bag and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the bag from the freezer and soften the dole whip with your hands for a few seconds.

  • Pipe the dole whip using your favorite tip into a cup or bowl and top with your favorite toppings, such as shredded coconut and sprinkles.

Notes

  • The dole whip may be thick enough in step #3 to pipe right away. Store in the freezer to firm up the dole whip, or use it another day.
  • Canned coconut milk: if the coconut milk is separated, be sure to stir it together.
